Aflac Inc. has started using software from Lombardi Software Inc. to improve its process for billing customers.[@@]
Aflac, Columbus, Ga., has adopted Lombardi's TeamWorks business process management system to make sure that invoice amounts match the actual amounts that should be billed, Lombardi says.
