The Bisys Group Inc. has appointed Robert Van Kirk as senior vice president of fund services.[@@]

Bisys, which provides outsourced support services for financial companies, says Van Kirk will be responsible for overseeing its fund accounting areas.

Previously, Van Kirk was a managing director with JP Morgan Chase/Bank One Corporation, New York.
