NYLIM, a division of New York Life Investment Management LLC, Westwood, Mass., says DCHS, in Los Altos Hills, Calif., has 3,100 participants in its $160 million pension plan.
Ropes & Gray LLP served as consultant to DHCS in choosing NYLIC.
