MetLife Inc. has agreed to work with a unit of SafeGuard Health Enterprises Inc. to sell a 2-option dental plan to large California employers.[@@]
MetLife, New York, and SafeGuard, Aliso Viejo, Calif., will be teaming to sell a dental benefit program that will give employees the ability to choose between buying dental preferred provider plan coverage or dental health maintenance organization coverage.
MetLife and SafeGuard will be marketing the program to employers with at least 200 employees or dental plan members, the companies say.
