An arm of The Washington Post Company is scooping up a major financial services training business.[@@]
The Washington Post unit, Kaplan Inc., Chicago, has agreed to acquire the education services division of BISYS Group Inc., New York.
Kaplan, a major seller of financial services training and testing services, hopes to complete the deal in the next few weeks.
BISYS announced the possibility that it might sell its educational services division in March.
