Ceres Group Inc., Cleveland, announced that its chief actuary has returned to the company after 3 years' absence.[@@]
The carrier has appointed Mark Billingsley, 45, as executive vice president and chief actuary. He had left the position of senior vice president and chief actuary with the firm in 2002 to join Great American Supplemental Benefits Division, a unit of Great American Financial Resources Inc., Austin, Texas.
