Richard Codey, the acting governor of New Jersey, has named Donald Bryan the acting commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.[@@]
Bryan, a career public servant, has been director of the New Jersey Division of Insurance since 1999. He also served as the acting commissioner from October 2001 to February 2002.
