The benefits arm of M Financial Group, Portland, Ore., has hired an executive who previously ran the Dallas office of TBG Financial & Insurance Services Corp.[@@]
The executive, Stephen Sprouse, is now a senior vice president in the Dallas office of M Benefit Solutions. M Benefit is the benefits marketing arm of M Financial, a financial services marketing consortium.
Sprouse has been setting up benefit plans for large employers since 1982. Before he began working for TBG, he was a regional vice president in the executive benefits operation at Clark Inc., North Barrington, Ill.
Sprouse has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Oregon. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam.
