Hartford Life Inc., Hartford, has hired Don MacQuattie to be assistant vice president and director of business strategy and development for corporate retirement plans.[@@]
MacQuattie will manage relationships with organizations that distribute Hartford's corporate retirement plans.
MacQuattie previously was a vice president and retirement plan manager for the New York City region at Merrill Lynch & Company Inc. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in business from the College of William and Mary. He also holds the Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant and Certified Financial Manager professional designations.
