Employer Health Care Alliance Cooperative, Madison, Wis., will be buying vision care benefits from the Ameritas Group, Lincoln, Neb., for member employers.[@@]
The alliance, a nonprofit employer health care cooperative, will offer Ameritas Focus Eye Care plans to member employers with at least 10 enrolled employees.
Employers can choose a group plan that includes coverage for exams and eyewear, a group plan that includes coverage only for exams, and a voluntary plan.
