Transamerica Retirement Services, Los Angeles, has updated its Web site and call center services.[@@]
The company has streamlined the login process for the Web site, which is at http://www.ta-retirement.com
Transamerica also has reorganized the plan reports section and added online distribution tools, census data completion features and a feature that will help plan sponsors and financial advisors get to participant account information more easily.
The call center update has added a new automated menu that lets users get account balance information immediately after they confirm their identities. The call center, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, will offer access to live representatives from 8 a.m. Eastern Time to 8 p.m. Eastern Time, Transamerica says.
