CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, has promoted Kristin Julason to head of its federal government affairs operations in Washington.[@@]
Julason succeeds Art Lifson, who has retired. She will continue to be executive director of CIGNA's political action committee.
Julason, who began working for CIGNA in 1995, has a bachelor's degree in political science and communications from Villanova University.
