BISYS provides technology support services for Manning's mutual funds and its Exeter Fund Inc. and Exeter Trust Company Collective Investment Funds units. The funds manage 25,000 investor accounts with $1.4 billion in assets.
Manning also buys research and consulting services from BISYS' Financial Research Corp. unit.
Manning began doing business with BISYS in 2000.
