ComPsych Corp., Chicago, the company that runs the program, will provide telephone support for LTD plan members, claimants and claimants' relatives.
ComPsych also will offer insured employees 5 face-to-face assessment sessions with counselors. Claimants and their families can get 5 face-to-face working sessions with legal and financial advisors.
The disability EAP is free for insured LTD plans with up to 1,000 covered lives, Hartford says.
