Scott will handle regulatory compliance and government relations, UICI says.
Scott has worked for several insurers and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Chicago. He has a bachelor's degree from Boston College, a law degree from the New England School of Law and a master of laws degree from Boston University.
