Carradine, who joined the health insurance technology company as its chief financial officer in March 2001, will continue to be the CFO.
James McLane will continue to be the company's chairman and chief executive.
Carradine began his career as an accountant at a company that is now part of Ernst & Young L.L.P., New York. He later spent 9 years as the CFO of Intellicall Inc., Dallas, a publicly traded telecommunications company, and 3 years as CFO of Micrografx Inc., Dallas, a publicly traded software development tools company.
