NU Online News Service, Feb. 23, 2004, 9:39 p.m. EST – EMoneyAdvisor Inc., Conshohocken, Pa., has updated its Web-based financial planning system.[@@]
The new system, AdvisorPlatform Version 3.5, will replace Version 3.0, which was released in January 2003.
Advisors can use the new version to help a client simulate asset sales and asset purchases. EMoney also has added "premature spouse death" and "rise in inflation" scenarios to the system's planning center module.
A third change will combine information about investment accounts and various plan assets. The change should reduce the need for advisors to enter investment accounts in two locations, eMoney says.
