Unicare, a national health insurance arm of WellPoint Health Networks Inc., Thousand Oaks, Calif., has agreed to use the PHCS provider networks in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Unicare already uses the PHCS networks in Maine and Connecticut.
