NU Online News Service, Jan. 12, 2004, 6:06 p.m. EST – Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Eagan, Minn., is introducing Options Blue, a defined contribution health program for small groups.[@@]
The program, designed for employers with 2 to 50 employees, combines high-deductible health coverage that pays for preventive care with an employer-funded health reimbursement arrangement account.
When employees leave, employers can keep the unused HRA funds, Minnesota Blue notes.
