NU Online News Service, Dec. 4, 2003, 11:33 a.m. EST – Cook Systems International Inc., Memphis, Tenn., has agreed to use technology from BluePhoenix Ltd., Herzelia, Israel, to help companies use database technology to convert COBOL software to an Internet-based or service-based architecture.[@@]

Cook will focus on using BluePhoenix technology to help companies in the financial services industry and other industries.
