NU Online News Service, Nov. 12, 2003, 2:18 p.m. EST – Riggs, Counselman, Michaels and Downes, Baltimore, has agreed to help RewardsPlus Inc., Hunt Valley, Md., market its Benfinity employee benefits management software to employers with more than 1,000 employees.

Riggs, Counselman is a large insurance agency and employee benefits consulting firm.
