NU Online News Service, Nov. 3, 2003, 10:49 a.m. EST – Fortis Health, Milwaukee, has agreed to use the ClaimPack system from Captiva Software Corp., San Diego, to scan in information from about 4 million medical claim forms and related documents a year.
The contract is worth about $350,000, Captiva says.
Fortis Health will be using the system to replace an older capture system and reduce the amount of manual data entry.
Fortis is a unit of Fortis, Brussels.
