NU Online News Service, Oct. 20, 2003, 12:22 p.m. EDT – AFLAC Inc., Columbus, Ga., has agreed to use the Web-based Hosted Messaging service from Critical Path Inc., San Francisco, to handle all electronic communications between it and its 55,000 field agents.
Critical Path has been supplying Web-based e-mail services for AFLAC's field organization since 2000, but AFLAC previously bought the Critical Path services through WorldCom Inc., Clinton, Miss.
