NU Online News Service, Oct. 13, 2003, 12:42 p.m. EDT – Leonetti & Associates Inc., Buffalo Grove, Ill., has acquired Successful Financial Solutions Inc., Northbrook, Ill.
Both companies are fee-only financial planning firms.
Sidney Blum and Richard Chiozzi founded Successful Financial in 1994. The firm ended 2002 with 70 clients and $43 million in assets under management.
The combined firm has a staff of 20, 20 advisors who hold the Certified Financial Planner designation and $311 million in assets, Leonetti says.
