NU Online News Service, Oct. 10, 2003, 11:42 a.m. EST – LabOne Inc., Lenexa, Kan., says it has completed a previously announced deal to acquire the MetLife Insurance Testing Laboratory, Elmsford, N.Y., from MetLife Inc., New York.
MetLife and its affiliates have agreed to buy lab testing services from LabOne.
The price of the deal and other terms were not available.
