Consolidated is an independent administrator that handles billing for brokers, insurers and voluntary worksite benefits programs.
Staaf has worked for Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J., and MetLife Inc., New York.
Consolidated is a unit of La Capitale Financial Group Inc., St-Quebec, Quebec.
