NU Online News Service, Sept. 17, 2003, 11:11 a.m. EDT – PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., Cypress, Calif., is introducing three individual preferred provider organization plans in Colorado.
Consumers can choose between a low-cost plan with high coinsurance maximums and more expensive plans that offer lower limits on out-of-pocket costs, PacifiCare says.
PacifiCare announced earlier this week that it also is introducing a defined contribution health plan for small Colorado employers.
