NU Online News Service, Sept. 15, 2003, 12:35 p.m. EDT – AFLAC Inc., Columbus, Ga., has started using the Shared Services Manager system from Corporate Renaissance Group Inc., Ottawa, Ontario, to track and manage the cost of its information technology services.
Installing the system took about eight weeks, AFLAC says.
