One panel will address the topic of health reimbursement arrangements. Speakers will include Tim Bireley, vice president of small group product management at Fortis Health, Milwaukee, a unit of Fortis, Brussels. Another speaker on the panel will be Kevin Knopf of the U.S. Treasury Department.
