NU Online News Service, Aug. 18, 2003, 12:36 p.m. EDT – AIM Management Group Inc., Houston, has hired The BISYS Group Inc., New York, to service 1,700 401(k) plans that use the AIM retirement plan program.

BISYS will handle administration, recordkeeping, employee communications, automated telephone support and Web support, BISYS says.

BISYS also will manage sales of AIM's retirement plan program to small 401(k) plans.
