NU Online News Service, Aug. 1, 2003, 12:29 p.m. EDT – LabOne Inc., Lenexa, Kan., has agreed to acquire the MetLife Insurance Testing Laboratory, Elmsford, N.Y., from MetLife Inc., New York.
MetLife has signed a long term agreement of its own that calls for it and its affiliates to buy lab testing services from LabOne, LabOne says.
The price of the deal and other terms were not immediately available.
