NU Online News Service, July 28, 2003, 4:59 p.m. EDT – MBS, Alpharetta, Ga., has picked Digital Insurance Inc., Atlanta, to provide health insurance and other benefits for client employers with fewer than 26 employees.
MBS is the payroll and benefits services arm of H&R Block Inc., Kansas City, Mo.
Digital will be responsible for shopping for new plans for small employers and administering new and existing plans.
