NU Online News Service, July 24, 2003, 3:47 p.m. EDT – The American Association of Health Plans, Washington, has agreed to let Med-i-Bank Inc., Waltham, Mass., market benefits-administration debit cards to its member companies.
Employees can use the cards to spend funds contributed to flexible spending accounts and health reimbursement arrangements.
In many cases, the cards can reduce the need for employees to file paper claim forms, Med-i-Bank says.
