NU Online News Service, July 21, 2003, 5:11 p.m. EDT – PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., Cypress, Calif., has agreed to hire Amisys Synertech Inc., Harrisburg, Pa., to process claims and handle other administrative work for its new defined contribution health plan program.
Synertech also handles business services for three other sellers of defined contribution health programs.
Amisys Synertech is a joint venture owned by AMISYS L.L.C.., Rockville, Md., and Synertech Inc., Harrisburg, Pa.
