NU Online News Service, June 10, 2003, 11:04 a.m. EDT – Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J., has licensed the use of a family of patents from an affiliate of Ronald A. Katz Technology Licensing L.P., Los Angeles.
Prudential will be using the patented technology to process financial services calls as well as to handle automated securities transactions, Katz Technology says.
Prudential will be delivering the services through automated systems and through a combination of automated systems and live agents, Katz Technology says.
