NU Online News Service, May 5, 2003, 3:55 p.m. EDT – AFLAC Inc., Columbus, Ga., has hired Chevy Chase, the comic actor whose pratfalls helped make Saturday Night Live a hit, to appear in a new AFLAC Duck commercial that begins airing Tuesday.
The commercial uses Chase to promote accidental disability insurance.
The Chevy Chase commercial and the other AFLAC Duck commercials were developed by the Kaplan Thaler Group Ltd., New York.
