NU Online News Service, April 15, 2003, 10:36 a.m. EDT – Healthaxis Inc., Dallas, says it has agreed to build the utilization review and case-management information from ValueCheck Inc., Dallas, into the claims and administration systems it sells to benefits administration companies.

Healthaxis has also agreed to offer its customers call-center support services from CallConnect Communications Inc., Broomfield, Colo.
