NU Online News Service, April 3, 2003, 11:52 a.m. EST – Horizon Behavioral Sciences Inc., Lewisville, Texas, a unit of Horizon Health Corp., says it has won a contract to run an employee assistance program for employees of Fulton County, Ga.
The contract covers 9,400 people, Horizon says.
