NU Online News Service, April 3, 2003, 3:15 p.m. EST – Associated Banc-Corp, Minnetonka, Minn., says it will acquire CFG Insurance Services Inc., Minnetonka, an insurance agency that sells major medical insurance, dental insurance, flexible spending accounts and other benefits and insurance products.
CFG has about 2,500 business insurance clients, Associated says.
Associated plans to fold CFG into its Associated Insurance Management Group Inc. unit. The combined revenue of CFG and the Associated insurance unit is about $28 million, Associated says.
