Creamer has been a consultant at RAS Associates International Inc., Chadds Ford, Pa. He has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business from Widener University.
Info-One runs VARDS, a Web-based annuity research and sales system.
Info-One is a unit of Wachovia Corp., Charlotte, N.C.
