NU Online News Service, March 4, 2003, 9:53 a.m. EDT – LifePlans Inc., Waltham, Mass., has named Marc Cohen to succeed Don Charsky as its president and chief operating officer.
Charsky will continue to serve on the LifePlans board, and David Holland will continue to be the company's chairman and chief executive officer.
LifePlans provides analytical services and other support services for carriers in the long-term care insurance market. It is a unit of the Munich Re Group, Munich.
