NU Online News Service, Feb. 27, 4:07 p.m. – Transamerica Reinsurance, Charlotte, N.C., has promoted Jeff Leutert to vice president of underwriting services and Glenn Hoffman to chief underwriter for reinsurance underwriting.
Carl Macero, Transamerica Re's former chief underwriter, now has a new role in the company's pricing and product-development units, Transamerica Re says. The company says Macero will focus on improving the correlation between between product design, risk selection and mortality.
