NU Online News Service, Jan. 27, 3:53 p.m. – Transamerica Reinsurance, Charlotte, N.C., has hired William Wooden to be a regional vice president in charge of its Southeast region.
Wooden previously was an account executive at Employers Reassurance Corp., Overland Park, Kan., a unit of General Electric Company, Fairfield, Conn. He also has spent 14 years as a regional vice president in the reinsurance division of American United Life Insurance Company, Indianapolis.
Wooden has a bachelor's degree in sociology from Indiana University and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter professional designation.
