NU Online News Service, Jan. 27, 11:01 a.m. – Milliman USA, Seattle, and Focus Solutions Inc., Philadelphia, are teaming up to introduce the STEP-LTC system, a software package that insurance companies can use to run long-term care insurance operations.
The system can generate quotes, process applications, help with underwriting, and assist with administration of policies, commissions and claims, Milliman says.
