NU Online News Service, Jan. 23, 11:56 a.m. – AXA Financial Inc., New York, is co-sponsoring the Declaration of Independence Road Trip, a program that is taking an original copy of the Declaration of Independence on a cross-country tour.
The tour, sponsored by television producer Norman Lear, began July 3, 2001, and will last until Election Day 2004.
The honorary co-chairs are former presidents Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford.
