NU Online News Service, Jan. 14, 12:43 p.m. – PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., Cypress, Calif., is introducing a group health program that bundles dental coverage together with major medical coverage.
Employers who buy the program can let employees choose between a dental preferred-provider plan and a dental indemnity insurance plan.
The program is available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
