NU Online News Service, Jan. 14, 4:35 p.m. – CBCA Inc., Oakland, Calif., a company that administers health plans and other employee benefit plans, says it has completed the acquisition of the group health division of Cambridge Integrated Services Group Inc., Cranbury, N.J.
The division administers insured and self-funded health plans.
The price of the deal and other terms not released.
