NU Online News Service, Jan. 9, 1:18 p.m. – Paradigm Health Corp., Concord, Calif., has acquired Paidos Health Management Services Inc., Deerfield, Ill.
Paradigm focuses on managing trauma care and other catastrophic care for health insurers, self-insured health plans and reinsurance companies.
Paidos manages the treatment of newborns admitted to hospital intensive care units for health plans and reinsurers that cover 10 million U.S. residents.
The price of the deal and other terms were not available.
