NU Online News Service, Dec. 20, 3:33 p.m. – Rep. Timothy H. Osmond, R-Antioch, Ill., 53, an active member of the National Conference of Insurance Legislators, Albany, N.Y., died Tuesday after suffering a heart attack.
Osmond was the sponsor of a model act regarding the use of credit information in personal insurance adopted last month during NCOIL's annual meeting.
