NU Online News Service, Dec. 17, 3:33 p.m. – Zurich North America , Schaumburg, Ill., says it will spin off its Financial Keyosk unit, an online provider of services and products for financial advisors, Dec. 31.
Financial Keyosk also announced a new joint venture with e-Insure Services Inc., Chicago, an Internet portal, to market to consumers and small businesses that are using the Internet to buy insurance.
Zurich North America is a unit of the Zurich Financial Services Group, Zurich.
